 Refund Policy for Buzzstr Services

At Buzzstr, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read the following refund policy carefully before making any purchase.

💰 When Are You Eligible for a Refund?

Customers are eligible to request a full or partial refund for the amount paid within 30 days of the purchase date, but only under the following conditions:

  • Total Failure of Execution: If we are unable to initiate the service you purchased at all (e.g., no numbers increased, or no activity started) within the specified delivery period.

  • Partial Delivery: If only a fraction of the service was delivered (e.g., 500 followers delivered instead of 1,000), the customer is entitled to a partial refund corresponding to the undelivered quantity.

  • Material Non-Conformance: If the service delivered differs significantly from the description advertised on the Buzzstr store.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued for amounts paid in the following situations:

  1. Account Changes: If the customer changes the username, sets the account to private, or deletes the account during the service execution period.

  2. Natural Drop/Loss: We are not responsible for natural drops or loss in numbers after the specified guarantee period for the service has ended. (In such cases, a free Refill will be offered instead of a cash refund, if the service includes a guarantee).

  3. Violation or Wrong Data: If the customer provides an incorrect link or violates the Buzzstr Terms of Service.

  4. Completed Services: No refunds will be granted for services that have been successfully and fully delivered and confirmed as completed in our system.

  5. Trial Services: No refunds are issued for amounts paid for trial, free services, or special offers that do not explicitly include a guarantee.

📝 Refund Request Procedure

To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an Email: The request must be submitted via email to info@buzzstr.com.

  2. Include Details: The email must include the Order Number, the Purchase Date, and a clear, detailed explanation of why the refund is being requested, along with proof of service failure (if applicable).

  3. Review: The request will be reviewed, and you will receive a response regarding approval or rejection within 3 to 5 business days from the date of receipt.

  4. Processing: If the refund request is approved, the funds will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

💡 Important Notes

  • Refill Policy: If the service includes a specific guarantee period, a free Refill will be offered for any resulting drop instead of a cash refund.

  • Customer Responsibility: Buzzstr is not responsible for any bans or suspensions that may occur on your account by social media platforms as a result of purchasing SMM services. The full responsibility for using our services rests solely with the customer.
